77fun Terms and Conditions – Rules and User Rights

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the services provided by the 77fun platform, accessible at 77fun.best. By creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or simply browsing the platform, you fully agree to these Terms.

77fun reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time, with at least 7 (seven) days' prior notice sent to the registered email address. Changes take effect on the date stated in the notice. Continued use of the platform after that effective date constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming of 77fun, which form an integral part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To create and maintain an active account at 77fun, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration — including your full legal name as it appears on your ID, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address and mobile number.
• Not be prohibited from using betting or casino gaming services under any law or regulation applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Not have been previously suspended or banned from the 77fun platform for violating these Terms.

Registration is free, and each individual may hold only one account at 77fun. Duplicate accounts created by the same user will be closed without notice and balances withheld pending a compliance review. 77fun verifies account uniqueness by CPF, IP address, device, banking details, and other technical identifiers.

3. User Account

3.1 Account access responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — email and password — confidential. 77fun is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the sharing, negligence, or compromise of your credentials by third parties. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before the first withdrawal is processed, all users must complete the identity verification process ("Know Your Customer" — KYC). Required documents include:

• Official government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or passport) — front and back.
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days.
• Selfie holding your ID document (when requested by the compliance system).

Document review takes up to 48 business hours after submission. 77fun may request additional documents at any time, particularly for high-value withdrawals or when there is suspicion of fraudulent activity.

3.3 Updating your details

You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any changes to your address, email, or phone number must be reported to support. Outdated information may delay identity verification and withdrawal processing.

4. Deposits and Payments

77fun exclusively accepts Brazilian payment methods. Payments in foreign currency or through methods not listed in this section are not accepted.

All deposits must be made from an account or payment method held in the registered user's own name. Deposits made by third parties — including family members — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the original payment method.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at 77fun is R$ 30,00. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same method used for the deposit — or via Pix to the key registered on the user's verified account.

5.1 Processing times

• Pix: up to 5 minutes for accounts with approved KYC.
• Credit/debit card: up to 5 business days, depending on the provider.
• TED: up to 1 business day during banking hours.
• Withdrawals above R$ 50,000.00: subject to additional verification and processing within up to 5 business days.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

To request a withdrawal, the user must have: (a) completed the identity verification process (KYC); (b) met the rollover requirement applicable to any active bonus; (c) made at least one real-money deposit. 77fun may request additional documentation before processing withdrawals flagged as unusual by the compliance system.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome bonus

Every user who makes their first deposit at 77fun automatically receives a 100% bonus on the deposited amount, up to R$ 1.000,00. The bonus is credited immediately after the deposit is confirmed — no coupon code or support request needed.

6.2 Rollover Requirement

The welcome bonus is subject to a 10x (ten times) rollover requirement on the bonus amount received. Bets on slots and casino games — including progressive jackpot, blackjack, and crash games — contribute 100% toward meeting this requirement. Sports bets placed at odds above 1.50 also contribute 100%. Bets at odds below 1.50 do not count toward the rollover.

6.3 General bonus rules

• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus once, linked to the CPF registered on the account.
• 77fun may cancel the bonus if there is any suspicion of multiple account creation to improperly take advantage of promotions.
• Recurring promotions (Drops & Wins, weekly cashback, tournaments) have specific rules published on the promotions page at least 24 hours in advance.
• 77fun reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided users are given reasonable advance notice.
• Unexpired bonus balances are cancelled if the user voluntarily closes their account.

7. Game Rules

All games available on 77fun — slots, Live Casino, blackjack, roulette, crash games, and more — use Random Number Generators (RNG) certified by internationally recognized independent laboratories, including eCOGRA, GLI (Gaming Laboratories International), and BMM Testlabs. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are regularly audited and match the values published by providers.

7.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid and final the moment it is confirmed by the 77fun system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except when the Cash Out feature is available and active for that specific bet.

7.2 Technical failures

In the event of a technical failure during a game round — internet outage, server error, or power failure — 77fun will follow this procedure: if the bet was accepted by the server before the failure, the result will be recorded and processed normally once connectivity is restored. If the bet was not confirmed by the server, the amount is returned to the user's balance. 77fun is not responsible for connection failures on the user's end.

7.3 Software Irregularities and Errors

Payouts resulting from software errors, display glitches, or incorrect game configurations are considered void. 77fun reserves the right to correct any error and cancel affected bets, returning the wagered amount to the user's balance.

8. Sports Betting

77fun's Sports Betting section covers football competitions — including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, and Copa Sudamericana — as well as volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and other sports. The following rules apply specifically to this section:

• Odds are set by 77fun based on market analysis and may change up until the official start of the event.
• Live bets are accepted while events are in progress, with odds updated in real time. A live bet is only confirmed once the confirmation message appears on the bet slip — during peak periods, a short delay may occur.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours from its original scheduled time, all related bets are cancelled and stakes returned to the balance.
• In parlay (combined) bets, the cancellation of a selection due to a postponed event results in the ticket being recalculated with the remaining selections, keeping the original stake.
• 77fun may limit or refuse bets from any user in any market, without the need for justification, particularly in cases of suspected match-fixing or use of inside information.

9. Responsible Gaming

77fun takes responsible gaming seriously — not just as a legal requirement, but as a genuine commitment to our players' well-being. Sports Betting and casino games are forms of entertainment and should be treated as such. Never use 77fun as a source of income or to chase previous losses.

9.1 Self-control tools

Every user has direct access, within their account, to the following control tools:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on your deposits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 7-day waiting period.
• Session break: temporary access suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Temporary self-exclusion: account suspension for a period of 1 to 12 months.
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent and irreversible account closure.

If you need additional support, CVV (Centro de Valorização da Vida) is available at 188, 24 hours a day. Gambling is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 77fun platform. Violating any of the items below may result in immediate account suspension, balance cancellation, and reports to the relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account, whether using the same details or different identities.
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or the KYC process.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful activity.
• Exploiting technical glitches, software errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets automatically.
• Taking part in bonus abuse schemes — including low-risk combined bets designed to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk.
• Placing bets in collusion with other users to secure a predictable outcome and exploit bonuses or promotions.
• Using inside information about the outcome of sporting events to place bets.
• Accessing the platform from jurisdictions where the use of online betting services is legally prohibited.
• Making threats, harassing, or engaging in any form of abuse toward the support team or other users on the platform.

11. Account Closure

11.1 At the user's request

You may request account closure at any time through 77fun support. Before closure, all active bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, or the bonus balance will be forfeited. Any available real balance will be returned to the registered payment method once verification is complete.

11.2 At 77fun's Discretion

77fun may suspend or close accounts without prior notice in the following cases: violation of these Terms; suspected fraud or unlawful activity; failure to comply with responsible gambling rules (such as suspected compulsive gambling by a minor); or by order of a competent authority. In cases of account closure due to confirmed fraud, balances may be withheld during the investigation period.

12. Limitation of Liability

77fun is not liable for financial losses resulting from use of the platform, including losses from games and bets. The outcome of all games is determined by certified RNG and is inherently unpredictable — there is no guaranteed strategy for winning.

The platform is provided "as is" and may be subject to temporary interruptions for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons beyond 77fun's control. In cases where an active bet is interrupted due to a 77fun system failure, the staked amount is returned to the user's balance.

77fun's total liability for any individual claim is limited to the actual balance available in the user's account at the time of the incident. 77fun is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, or financial consequences of any kind beyond that limit.

13. Data Protection

The processing of 77fun users' personal data is governed by the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018). We collect only the data necessary to provide our services, verify identity, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

14. Changes to the Terms

77fun may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes to our services, applicable legislation, or our operating policy. Any material change will be communicated at least 7 (seven) days in advance by email to the address registered on the user's account.

The notification email will specify which sections have been updated and when the new terms take effect. Continued use of the 77fun platform after the stated effective date constitutes full acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with the new terms, you must close your account before that date.

15. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the digital entertainment and online betting market in Brazil.

In the event of a dispute between the user and 77fun, both parties should first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through the platform's support channel. If no resolution is reached within 15 business days, the user may escalate the matter to the relevant consumer protection authorities — such as the Procon in their state — or to the Brazilian court system.

The courts of the city of São Paulo – SP are hereby designated as the exclusive venue for resolving any disputes arising from these Terms, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged.
